A mini Music Festival raises £400 for ARCHIE
The proceeds from a mini music festival which showcased some of the best local talent in the North East helped raise £400 for the ARCHIE Foundation.
T in the Marypark was a one day event held in Kintore where several bands took to the stage. The event was organised by Ruby Mackay of the Chalmers Mackay Music School, which has raised over £38,000 for local charities in the last 15 years.
Some of the bands which played on the day included JB and the Classics, student rockers Sneak Attack, and Pibrock, a young Celtic rock band playing tradiotional Scottish music with a rock slant.
Cassie Thompson, Fundraising Manager, added "A big thank you to Ruby, the bands and artists for organising such a fantatsic event. Thank you also to everyone who generously donated and supported the event."
