Calling all Dad's, Grandad's, Brothers, Uncles and Cousins

This winter, do something to make a real difference for local sick children and their families at the Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital. By growing your beard and raising sponsorship, you will be making a huge difference to local sick children when they really need our help and support most. From Christmas Day to Burns Night we’re asking all Dad’s, Grandad’s, Brothers, and Uncles to register their support and help raise awareness and vital funds for

Craig Brown, Aberdeen FC Manager commented “What a fun way to help contribute to what is a fantastically worthwhile cause and one the club is more than happy to support, although whether either Peter or Mitch would be able to grow as magnificent specimens as they’re sporting in the picture, I’m not so sure!”

Cassie Thompson, Fundraising Manager further commented “We’re delighted that the Aberdeen Football Club are helping ARCHIE to publicise our ‘Beards for Bairns winter warmer fundraiser. The AFC’s support is extremely valued and we very much hope their kind support will help encourage local men to grow their beard this winter and help make a difference to local sick children and their families.”

From soft toys to specialist medical equipment The ARCHIE Foundation makes the difference to sick children every single day of the year by providing the extras over and above what the NHS provides to the Children’s Hospital. We really hope you will be able to support our fundraising event that we will be promoting across the North of Scotland.
