Holly Milne

Holly has been a trustee since February 2023.

She has spent most of her career in consulting, working across both the public and private sector.  Holly is passionate about workplace culture, and in particular, the ways in which values and purpose can improve organisational outcomes.

Holly has spent the last decade in HR consulting, working with a diverse range of organisations to help them improve their culture and employee engagement.  Prior to that, Holly worked directly with local authorities across the UK, running projects designed to improve family learning outcomes.  Holly has spoken about the outcomes of these projects at conferences across the UK and internationally.

Holly has a long history of volunteering, including working with children’s charities in the UK, and also leading and co-ordinating international volunteering projects.

Holly is part of an all-female leadership team at Hunter Adams, one of Scotland’s leading HR consultancies.  Holly has been with the business since it was a start-up, and has supported growth across the UK to the point where they now support over 900 clients in 30 sectors.

The Hunter Adams team have been recognised with many awards over the years, but Holly is particularly proud that they were awarded the top Scottish company for Wellbeing in the Times Top 100 as staff wellbeing is a cornerstone of their business and approach.

Holly has a long personal history with ARCH, having been treated as a patient in childhood for a Wilms Tumour.  During this time Holly experienced incredible care from the staff at R.A.C.H and has subsequently always felt a strong connection to the hospital, and a desire to support the amazing work that Archie do to assist children and families.

Holly is married with two young sons and enjoys spending as much time as possible with them outside in beautiful Aberdeenshire.
